- Use of communal sauna on site/ wi-fi/ games room
- Outdoor patio furniture
- Fully insulated with double glazing and heating
- Adults only area and is close to our bar facilities, where there will be live music and noise until 1.00am on occasion.
- No pet policy.
- 30% deposit to secure booking and balance due 4 weeks before arrival (non-refundable).
- Date Amendments: we are happy to transfer your booking to another date with a minimum 15 days notice.
Please note all bookings / payments are non transferable if you are due to arrive in 15 days or less.
Charges / higher rates may apply depending on the date you choose. - All payments are non refundable & non transferable.
- Check in 15.30 – 19.00 (early Check in available of 2.00pm for an additional £23).
- Check out 11.00 (late check out of 12.30pm available for an additional £23).
- Add both early check in and late check out for £38.
- A security deposit of £100 is payable upon check in.
Cash deposits will be returned the following morning after accommodation inspection.
Preauthorisations on cards can take 7-28 days to return depending on your bank.
